FAQ of Change & Refund
Q1. Change and refund
A: If you need to change or refund of your purchases, simply bring
it back (including cartons, accessories, free gifts and warranty card)
as well as the receipt and invoice (company purchase please also bring
the company stamp) and credit card (if you use credit card to pay
it) to our service counter within 14 days, and we’ll refund/change
them for you. This does not apply to Fresh Foods and unpacked expendables
(ex. film, battery, razor...etc). The commodity with intellectual
property rights (ex. computer software, books, audio publications…etc.)
can only be changed with the same one. Besides, if you have any questions
with the receipt and invoice, please bring it to our service counter
for revision before 2nd of the next month.
